Client satisfaction ratings are based on quarterly client feedback from our independent third-party research firm. To achieve a star rating of 4.5 and above, an individual FirstLight office must be ranked best-in-class in areas such as quality of care, responsiveness, and overall satisfaction. To maintain our status as a highly rated home care Canada agency, an office must be serving clients for a minimum of 6 months, and a minimum of 10% of current clients must be surveyed each quarter. All ratings from client satisfaction surveys are based on a 5-point scale. All of our FirstLight locations strive to achieve service excellence every day.
